Return Policy

We only accept unopened, unwashed, and unused items for return.
Please email us prior to sending your item. 

All returns & exchanges must be in the original packaging, unopened, unwashed, and received within 30 days of the initial order date.  Items must be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price.   Shipping charges are not refundable.   We cannot accept items that smell of detergents or other fragrances or items with animal hair on them.  The customer is responsible for the shipping charges when sending items back to Green Planet Baby.    Please email in advance or include a note as to why you are returning the item.   If the return is acceptable, you will receive a full refund minus shipping.  If you choose to exchange, you will be responsible for paying all shipping costs. When making a return from an order that received free shipping,  the actual cost of shipping will be subtracted from your refund.

We cannot be responsible for a return or exchange lost in the mail.   Please include a  tracking or delivery confirmation with your package.

Any items returned to us in non-sellable condition will be returned to purchaser at purchaser’s
expense.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days without being subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Price Adjustments

As a retailer we must adhere to the guidelines of our manufacturers.  We are sorry that we cannot offer price adjustments on merchandise purchased before a product is placed on sale.   In most cases we do not determine which products will run under a sale or clearance sale, therefore we will not refund part of the purchase price once the sale has begun.
